FINE ARTS CAMP June 5 - 9
Students will rotate daily through the following Fine Arts Classes
TikTok Food Hacks
What actually works and what doesn't? Students will investigate, create, and taste internet food trends in this exploratory class.
Trash to Treasure
Students will learn how to take ordinary items we would normally throw away and create a treasure! We will be using bottles, fabric, magazines, cardboard, and much more to create art.
Summer Strumming
Students will learn how to play ukulele and guitar basics like strumming patterns, introductory chords, fun songs, reading lead sheets, and so much more! Guitars and Ukuleles will be provided, but students are also welcome to bring their own.
STEM CAMP June 12 - 16
Students will rotate daily through the following STEM Classes
Flight & Space
From take-off to landing gear, campers will solve real-world aviation and space challenges, while learning to utilize the Engineering Design Process.
Modeling the Science of Extreme Sports with Legos
Students will experiment with forces, motion, and interactions in the context of extreme sports while setting Lego bricks into motion to complete a series of engineering design challenges.
Forensic STEM Academy
Students will join the NPS Forensic STEM Academy to learn how biology, art, and problem solving come together to solve crime.
