Full-Day and Half-Day Classes Available

Full-day programs are offered at every site in Norman Public Schools. Half-day programs are also available upon request and are a great option for parents looking for a flexible schedule or for those not seeking a full-day program. Classes are taught by certified early childhood teachers and a teacher assistant with a maximum class size of 20 students. Unfortunately, transportation is not provided.

Program Information
Full-day programs offered at district school sites, including the Spanish Language Academy, begin at 7:50 a.m. and conclude at 2:50 p.m. Students may arrive at school sites no earlier than 7:25 a.m.

Our two unique off-site Pre-K program options, Grace Intergenerational and Pre-K at the Center for Arts & Learning have adjusted hours. The school day at these two sites begins at 8:15 a.m. and concludes at 3:15 p.m. Students may arrive at these two sites no earlier than 7:50 a.m.

If parents choose to send their child for a half-day, they will attend school in the morning from 7:50 a.m until 10:30 a.m.
