Proficiency Testing is offered to Norman Public Schools students twice each summer. 
Exam dates will be Friday, May 22, 2026, and Thursday, July 30, 2026.

The application form to request testing for May 22 will open on May 1, 2026 and close May 15, 2026.

The application form to request testing for July 30 will open on July 1, 2026 and July 23, 2026.

The deadline to submit an application form is May 15, 2026 for the first testing date and July 23, 2026 for the second testing date. 

• If you are a new student to Norman and need testing for proper class placement,

• If you are a senior who needs immediate testing to gain credit for graduation,

The application form to request testing for August 1 will open on June 30, 2025.
