NPS Event Attendee Guidelines
EVENT ATTENDEE GUIDELINES
Guidelines Apply to all Norman Public Schools Events
Entry & Re-entry
All attendees must enter through a weapons detection system
No entry once ticket gates are closed
Re-entry is not permitted. Exception: Tournaments and all-day events (e.g. track meets) may allow re-entry, must re-enter through weapons detection system
Student Expectations
All middle and elementary students must be with a parent, guardian or chaperone for the entire event
Norman Public Schools middle and high school students must present a student ID to enter. NPS students get in free with a valid student badge with the exception of Crosstown Clash Events.
Students must sit in the designated student section or with their parent/guardian
No loitering
The NPS Student Code of Conduct applies at all district events
Bag & Item Policy
Clear plastic tote bags allowed (1 per person)
Clear, unopened water bottles allowed (1 per person)
Non-transparent clutch wallets allowed (max size: 4.5" x 6.5")
Diaper bags and strollers permitted for family care
Bags for approved medical equipment permitted
All other bags/backpacks are not allowed
Prohibited Items
Explosives, firearms, knives or weapons of any type
All forms of tobacco, alcohol, drugs and vapes
Bags, backpacks, fanny packs, hard binocular cases
Balls or sporting equipment
Coolers, containers, or outside food
Laser pointers and noisemakers
Pets (except registered service animals)
Violations may result in removal from the event and/or loss of future event privileges.
