Enrollment

  • All families must complete enrollment every year. Enrollment may be completed entirely online and we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to enroll. If you do not have access to a computer, or if you need enrollment assistance, please visit the NPS Enrollment Center. Please call the Enrollment Center June 12-July 19, or your school site after August 1, if you have questions about the enrollment process.

    Enrollment for Returning Students must be completed through a Parent Portal.

    • If you do not have a Parent Portal, please click here and complete the form to request an account. You will be able to complete enrollment when you receive your portal activation key.
    • If you need help with your portal password, please call the Enrollment Center at 405-366-0551 to have your password reset or email student.services@normanps.org
    • If you have a new student to add to your household, you will be able to add that student in your parent portal online enrollment.

2023-2024 Pre-K Enrollment

  • If you did not participate in the pre-k lottery but would like to enroll your child, please call Early Childhood at (405) 366-0531. If you have already been placed at a school site, please proceed with the online enrollment process by clicking here

Documents Required

  • The following documents are required for enrollment. You will need digital copies of required documents saved to the computer you will use for online enrollment so they are available to attach during enrollment.

    Returning Students (currently enrolled in the 2022-2023 school year)

    • Proof of Address - A current utility bill, current lease, mortgage statement, or current affidavit of residence showing a parent/guardian’s name and address

    New Students (not currently enrolled in Norman Public Schools)

    • Proof of Address - A current utility bill, current lease, mortgage statement, or current affidavit of residence showing a parent/guardian’s name and address
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Record
    • IEP (if applicable)
    • Transcript (if your child has high school credits)

    Enrollment for Returning Students

    • Enrollment for returning students must be completed through your Parent Portal account. If you do not have a Parent Portal, please click here and complete the form to request an account. 

    • In your Parent Portal, on the main screen, click “More” then on the next screen “Online Registration.” Doing the 2023-2024 registration through your Parent Portal will allow your household information to be pre-populated, making it much easier and quicker to complete.

    • If you have a new student to add to your household, please add that student during enrollment.
