988 Mental Health Lifeline

    The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

Pax Tools App for Parents

The App contains features that describe and operationalize 9 strategies that can assist parents in addressing problematic behaviors. The APP is free to download and customizable to the age and needs of the child. 

     

Vaping Prevention 101

Topics include: effects of nicotine on the adolescent brain, public health implications of youth ENDS use and why vaping/e-cigarette use appeals to youth.
