    Why substitute teach?

    Rates:

    - Certified Guest Teachers - $85 a day
    - Non-certified Guest Teachers - $65 a day
    - Long-term Guest Teachers (as determined by length of time committed to one position and approved by HR) - $174 a day

    Responsibilities:

    -Lead instruction in the classroom by executing existing lesson plans

    -Motivate students to learn and participate

    -Assume duties of the regular classroom teacher in accordance with school rules

    -Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students      

    Minimum requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED
