Speech and Drama
Speech and drama courses are offered at each middle school for grades six, seven and eight and afford students opportunities to develop communication skills and to be a part of at least one production in the fall and spring semesters. At the high school level students may enroll in Introduction to Acting and Advanced Acting classes, Competitive Acting and Speech, Competitive Debate, Speech Communication, Stagecraft and Musical Production class. Reader's Theatre, One-Act plays, and student driven productions are all a part of the program. There are also regional and national events available to student qualifiers.
