ALL families need to complete this form. Please reach out if you need ANY help! Click below and read all of the benefits of filling out a Free and Reduced Lunch form for your student. Call the front office (405-366-5910) for next steps.

Please review the videos below for helpful reminders. If you plan to walk up to the school to pick up your student(s), please do so by walking to our west doors (near the parking lot) after 2:30 with your student's ID card. Checking your student out after 2:30 slows down the dismissal process for our school. I appreciate your help!

The Family Field Guide

The Family Field Guide offers consultations to families at no cost. Consultations assist families with problem identification, creating solutions, offering guidance on developmentally appropriate practices, referrals to services to meet individual needs and follow up services. Trained consultants answer the phone line M-F from 8-6pm. For more information click here.
